Pattern trouble

    I get the following message:

    "The type of the pattern feature from which a component pattern is derived
    cannot be changed"

    And then my pattern doesn't work. What does the message mean.... I am not
    trying to change a "pattern type" - I am just selecting a driving feature
    pattern from a part in my assembly.
