paper sizes

    I'm helping a friend with 2004.
    he uses r14 and now has 2004.
    before he changes over he is
    wanting to use r14 plotting.
    hp-gl/2 plotter.
    we can't change the paper size to 24.00 wide x 18.00 high.
    he has it setup in r14 as user 24x18.
    also i cannot find the pcp or pc2 files in r14 to import into
    2004.
    help.
