Paper Size Problems HP DesignJet 350C

    When Plotting to our HP DesignJet 350C the plotter only recognizes up to "B" paper. No matter what the settings are in AutoCAD the plotter only sees coordinated displays up to 17x11 (or smaller). Has anyone run into any problems with older plotters recognizing papersize. Same thing happens with Inventor 7.0

    In the Windows printer setup, look for paper size settings; select "More
    Sizes" and go from there...
