    Hello

When I try to plot a 24"x36" sheet on the HP500 from AutoCAD on Windows XP machine, the paper is always cut at 24.5 to 25". Anyone know why it will not cut at exactly 24"?

HP plotters have a minimum "leading and/or trailing" edge. Use this for
    starters and work from that.

I will look at that further. I am well below the printable area with my border. Is the printable are in the plot dialog box generic to AutoCad or is it specific to the plotter?

I had a similar problem with my E (30x42) plots on our HP 1050C.

The easiest solution I found was to lie to the plotter and tell it that the paper size was 1/2" smaller than it's true size. Try using a custom paper size in your plot style setup and see if that helps
