Outlook Express

Does anybody know why this group is no longer available through the
newsgroups in outlook express.

I'd guess your newsgroup server / internet service provider dumped it(?).

 

comp.cad.pro-engineer is part of usenet which provides the distribution of posts.
Services providing news distribution from usenet pick and choose what they want to
distribute and why. Generally, whoever provides your email service also provides a
news feed. You would have to ask whatever news service you're subscribed to what
their criteria are for choosing what ngs they distribute.
