Using AutoCAD 2004, when I offset an Polyline that has and elevation
other than 0, the created polyline is put at elevation 0. Why is it
doing this? It works this way in some files of mine, but in most it
offsets Polylines in the same elevation as the source Polyline.
    Please HHHHEEEELLLLPPPP!!!!

    Thanks,
    Mike
