Offset Radii when creating Postscript files

Can some advise how to fix.
When plotting out to Adobe Postscript Level 1 or exporting file to EPS, all
the radii are slightly offset from the tangent lines (see screen shot). Each
radii end point is not tangent or even connected with the straight lines
even though it was perfect in the Acad2004 file.

Note that radii in the originating DWG file were true radii not splines or
    PLines.

I need accurate files to give to a label mfr & they must fit precisely. How
do you go about getting an accurate locating of radii? Is there a setting or
    preference?
    Thanks.
