Hi! I am new to Autocad. Just been using it heavily in the past 6 months. I had come up with a very confusing problem plotting. I tired to plot a drawing with several layers turned off . The funny thing was, some of those off layers though not showing in the model or layout, came out in the plot. I couldn't figure out what's wrong and I double checked every possible xref that might freeze or not turn off those layers . They're all in good order. What's wrong??? Help Pls!!

Open your Layer Properties manager, under the plot heading click on the printer and you will see a red line through it. That means that layer will not print. I use this for my viewport layer and any notes I want on the drawing that I don't want to print.
