ocnMeasSpectrum

    In the Ocean Measure User Guide a function called "ocnMeasSpectrum" is
    described. Does anybody know how I can use this function, do I need to
    initialize the toolbox before I can use it?

    This is for VSDE, if I remember rightly. Is that what you're trying to use?
