Has anyone had success with ocean on a amd64 platform? I get ahdlcmi
complie errors which I do not get on the 32-bit platforms.

  2. It's not OCEAN but spectre that's the issue here - are you using a recent
MMSIM60 ISR? There were some problems (even in MMSIM60 USR2) which had problems
with the gcc compilation of Verilog-A code (particularly for 64 bit).

    Regards,

    Andrew.

Unfortunately, I am using debian (not RH). I do have the 32bit
libraries installed as part of the debian testing install
    (/emul/ia32-linux/libs/...)

No, I am still using the IC-5.0.33 release.

  5. Well, you're using an unsupported release on an unsupported OS.

The compilation must be as a result of bsource components in your design/models
somewhere, since verilog-a was not compiled in IC5033.

Simplest solution is probably to turn off the compilation:

    setenv CDS_AHDLCMI_ENABLE NO

    before starting DFII.
