OCE TDS 400 and Win 2003

Setting up a print server Need TDS 400 drivers. Anyone have seen a solution yet?

Set up a Win2003 server with the OcéTDS400 WPD1.6 and worked fine.

avaiable on Océ website www.oce.com

What version of the OS is your TDS running? need the latest to install the latest drivers.

all drivers are at oce.com

 

If you are talking about the controller, the controller is running NT
OCE.com does not have windows 2003 drivers. If they did I would not be posting.
No I cannot have people printing directly to the TDS controller. I am using smart plot and have
to plot through a server. Smart plot 4.0 cannot even be installed in NT4. I could go on and on but
the issue remains the same, I need TDS 400 drivers for Windows 2003

the XP drivers don't work?
BTW, they either already have, or will soon have, XP controllers for the TDS
400.

 

The controller has to be versions below:

* the Oce TDS400 1.4.3 (and higher). If you have an Oce TDS400 version
prior to 1.4.3, you MUST use the Oce WRD3 driver.

I installed the WPD 1.6 on a Win2003 server and it worked fine.

 

Oce.com has Windows Printer Drivers for Win 2003 for TDS 400. Check firmware on TDS 400. HDI drivers maybe a better solution.

Can you direct the HDI output through your print server to capture information ?

The XP controller based firmware is out. Upgrade is dependent on your controllre hardware level and could be a chargeable upgrade.
