Oce 9400

    Can anyone help we have 2 Oce 9400 II plotters they run directly through a NT4 sever every morning when we start sending plots they don’t print they just sit in the queue if we turn them off & then back on again everything is fine until the next morning.

    How are they connected to the server ?
    We use Axis or Intel Print boxes. All our print boxes have FIXED ip adresses.

    They have built-in 10/100 network adapters that are connected to the server though a floor box, the patch panels and switches to the server each printer has its own fixed IP address
