OCE 9400 - R2005 Not plotting line widths and more

    We are on release 2005 trying to plot to file, and then e-mailing our drawings over to an outsoure printer using an OCE 9400. I am not getting any line weights at all. All have been set to custom thickness and I am using the monochrome.ctb setting. I am also not getting the correct size plot (IE 24 x 36) . It plots 21 x 36 but not the standard size even though I've picked ARCH C 24 X 36. I've read a few of the posted topics but can't seem to find any solutions. Thanks to all who may have a solution.
