Since changing from Windows 98 to Windows XP our Oce plotter takes
much longer to spool jobs and won't keep plotting continuous when we
send more than one copy. We are currently running Autocad 2004 LT and
plotting through a windows system printer since we plot OLE objects on
occasion. (The HDI drivers run faster but won't plot the OLE objects.)
I've tried all of OCE's windows drivers and have found the older
version 2.7 to work the best so far. It's very agrivating to know that
the machine used to plot at a true 3-'D' sheets per minute as
advertised in Win98 and is now down to 1 sheet per minute with the XP
drivers. We spent big bucks for the speed of an OCE machine and now
have the throughput of a much cheaper inkjet! Any help or advise would
be much appreciated since OCE and our local rep is of no help so far!
