OA vias

    When I edit interactively, I can draw an M1 path, add a V1 via (a
    'standard via' from the tech file/library), and continue on an M2 path.
    If I select the via and stretch it and have the "keep wires connected"
    option turned on, then the via will automatically adjust the number of
    cuts depending on the wire widths.

    If I use Skill to draw some paths and dbCreateVia at the intersection of
    their endpoints, is there a Skill command I can execute on an Open
    Access standard via object to have it automatically resize itself to the
    attached paths?
