    Just a quick q.
    Will the 980 quadro 4 XGL run on a x4 AGP slot, even though it is a x8 AGP
    card?

    Wow.. that's a good price. They're still going for $500.00 and up here in
    the states.

    Is it new ???

    One thing you should know is you need a good power supply, this card sucks
    allot of power. If you're running an AMD system (single CPU), you should
    have 350-400W.

    Pete,

    I forgot to mention. Some of the earlier K7 4XAGP boards from ASUS didn't
    work with Nvida cards. The best you could get was PCI speed. We had a couple
    of these boards, and I was unable to find either BIOS or driver upgrades to
    fix the problem. I threw the boards away. I don't remember the exact model
    numbers.
