nvidia fx3000 question

    I just put in the above card and now when I open I think anything but
    especially SW I get the hour glass for what seems forever. Then I hear
    the video card fan start up and the program opens.

    Does anyone have any idea why this is happening???? Anything that I
    can do to rectify it???


    Any help would be greatly appreciated!!
