Numbering all blocks

    I have parcel data (blocks w/ attributes) that contain a tag "PARCEL."
    The "PARCEL" tag will be a number "001" - last object selected. How
    can VB automatically add a value into that tag by the order it was
    selected? Any help would be appreciated.
