    Hello,

Having some problem after updating driver for a HP800PS 42 plotter. We are
a mixed network of workstations - XP, Win2000, NT 4.0 and Win9x. Server SBS
2003. At this time we are using the server as our central server to share
the HP drivers and not printing directly to the IP address of the JetDirect.

    On to the problem...
After installing the updated drivers our NT 4.0 workstations were getting a
"The specified module could not be found". We worked around that by printing
directly to the IP address of the JetDirect. Not only that, but we are also
getting the "Null Pointer" problem between the XP and the 2000 workstations.
It will work if we create a PC3 from the system printer in the Plot Device
tab of the Plot dialog, but if we create one directly from the PC3 file by
either Operating System, we get the Null Pointer. By the way everything
worked fine before I updated the driver. If I've missed anything or you
need more info let me know. Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Rick
