notes linked to pattern

    Fellow Users,

    What is the preferred way to link a note callout on a feature within a
    drawing to the number of instances of that feature within a pattern in
    a model?
    (so that when the feature is edited and the number of instances of the
    feature is changed, the note will change accordingly) THANKS!
