No Macro name in "Macros"?

We use "vbarun" to load and to run macros for four years. Today, after loading macros from "VBA Manager" and clicking "Macros" button, there is no macro names below "Macro name:" and can't run any macro from "Macros" window. It makes no difference by changing the location under "Macros in:" or "Options".
How should I solve this problem? Thanks in advance for any help.

Sounds like the DVB file containing the macros is no longer in the AutoCAD
search path [perhaps you were loading them using an acad.dvb or a LISP
routine at startup]. That would the first place I would look. If that is not
the case, then make sure the paths contained in the Files Preferences are
still valid. W/o more info it's hard to tell.

The macro starts from a Module and then calls a form. The codes in the module are deleted. Don't know why and how. It was solved by copying back the backup macro.
