    LS,

Please check my gallery for a (I consider) nice chopper rendering with
nice chrome effects. I know scratch about motors, so don't blame me on
    techically incorrect stuff.

If you want to, you can even download the file that I used as
    environment for this rendering.

Please let me know what you think of it.

Please also check my macros in the software/macros section. Some are
very handy. Soon I will upload some other macros.

    Kind regards,

    Nice chrome effects,, photoworks ???

All you need is a crankcase, primary drive, and transmission. Y,know, just
    little stuff

Nice rendering, this one is the most realistic of all the ones in your
    gallery.

Forget uploading more macros, upload the chopper assembly!!!

It was the Escher piece that caught my eye.

I like your rendering of the jig saw.

    Thanks for your reactions,

The material is ordinary PhotoWorks Chrome, but it's the environment
that makes the effect. I made more renderings in this environment, but
these are still secret, so I can't upload themat this time. The jigsaw
and escher are over 2.5 years old. Next time I'll upload the model of
the escher (this was created in SW2001+). The chopper is too big to
    upload.

    Kind regards,

    Hello JJ,

Nice rendering, but just a few tips that might help in getting it to
the amazing level that it can go to.

    1) tilt the fton weel so that it gives the bike the look as it it were
resting. (ie parked) which leads to the 2nd:
    2) if the font wheel is tilted, so then would the bike be slightly
    tilted in the direction.
    3) which carried over into a kickstand.

Believe it or not, the human eye catches even the sliightest that may
    be off.

I know what you did to get the "room" efffect (you sercret is safe with
me) and the black background is kewl. but what about creating a pic
that goes into the background to help give it that extra level of WOW
factor. You can enable the reflective background so that is plays out
into the rest of the model.

Overall it looks good, just a few rough edges that might need a rebuff.

    Hello CAD Junkie,

    I'll start working on it.

The background has been created with a part file called 'Hal.sldprt',
which is available for download in the gallery. I created an assembly
in which I put both the hall and the chopper and the I created a camera
for the right display. I also created a rendering with an environment,
but my motto for renderings is: less is more. I like to keep attention
on the subject and not on the environment.

Please also check my product configurator shareware in the
    software/macros section on my site.

    Kind regards,

    JJ
