nfet layout problem

    Hi,
    I am using SiGe 7HP technology. I used 2 as Multiplicity for
    nfet in the schematic. In the layout, I connected Sources, Drains
    and Gates of two identical nfets together. LVS shows the schematic
    matches the layout.
    However, when I merge those two Sources in the layout (like fingers),
    LVS says
    Multiplicity FET Parameters l/s l: 180e-9/180e-9 w: 4e-6/2e-6
    nf: 2/1 m:1/2 gcon:1/1

    Seems the extracted view has 2 for nf and 1 for m. Does anyone know
    what's wrong? My purpose is to break skiny long nfets into multiple short
    nfets connected by fingers.
