newbie with mouse trouble

    upgraded from AutoCAD 2k to AutoCAD 2006, my mouse wheel

    used to pan when you pressed down on it in real time , now it

    does not, for the life of me I cant get 2006 to assign that function


    any help appreciated,

  2. I haven't used AutoCAD 2006, so this may not work.

    Type mbuttonpan & change the value of it to 1

    Logitech Mouse?
    Check your mouse settings in Windows. Some users have found that installing
    ACAD 2006 has modified their basic mouse settings, disabling scroll functions,
    for instance. Some people claim that 2006 has "uninstalled" their logitech
    mouse, or made it no longer recognized. You may want to try reinstalling the
    mouse driver from scratch. The functions you describe ARE supported in 2006,
    so you just have to get your mouse set up right.
