newbie intersecting

    I keep getting errors about part intersects itself after folding, I'm making
    a 4 side panel with 2 returns an each end = base 4 flanges at 90 deg then 1
    flange flush with top face 90deg at either end. hope you can understand what
    I'm trying to describe

    It probably does then.
    Fix your model first.

    BTW, A sharp 90 degree bend (no inside radius) is probably not
    a good idea.
