New LCD Monitor - TN or IPS or AMVA

    I am looking for a new LCD monitor with a $350 budget. The trade-
    offs seem to be a 20 " higher quality panels (IPS or MVA) with a
    better view angle/ color reproductions versus a larger ( 22" wide-
    screen) lower quality TN panel. Does the better viewing angle
    outweigh the larger size lower quality TN display?
