Le Projet Triangle by Herzog & de Meuron


Architects Herzog & de Meuron have unveiled their design for a
triangular building in the Porte de Versailles area of Paris, France.
According to the architects the triangular profile will prevent the
structure casting shadows on adjacent buildings, and allow for optimum
solar and wind power generation

Leading Scandinavian practice Schmidt Hammer Lassen has designed a
small retail shop in Copenhagen for the Goldsmith’s Bodil Binner. The
architects approach was to create a gallery-like retail space with
visual links between manufacturing and exhibition space so that
customers could observe the creative process behind the making of each
piece.

One Bryant Park nears completionThe new corporate headquarters for
the Bank of America located at One Bryant Park in Midtown Manhattan is
nearing completion. Designed by New York architect Cook + Fox, the 52
storey glass and steel tower will be the first high rise building in
the city to be LEED Platinum certified and the greenest skyscraper in
the country.
Located on the largest development site in Midtown Manhattan, the Bank
of America Tower will house the 1.1 million sq ft headquarters for the
