I have a DesignJet600. I don't have any problem with a computer i set up a while ago. However, with my new comp, i tried to match all settings, but the plot progress box doesnt go away until the plotter (which is slow and old and usually takes 5 minutes) has received all information. With the older comp, the box flashes and goes away; the plotter receives the file in the background and i can keep working. Both computers plot through another computer on the network (neither have plotter on the lpt1). How do i fix it so it plots fast?
