Is it required with every Autocad Version upgrade to also upgrade the License Manager, etc etc etc..........LM tools etc. etc

  2. If the version of FLEXlm is updated as part of the AutoCAD version upgrade,
than yes, it is necessary to update your license server to use the latest
    version of server components provided.

  3. Hi,

    adskflex.exe, lmtools.exe, lmgrd.exe and lmutil.exe needs to be upgraded.
It's quite easy. Stop the service. Exchange the files. Edit the license
file. Start the service. If you would like the latest version of FLEXlm that
can be downloaded from Macrovision works fine as well.

Done it and it works fine. It even resolved our problem with launching Autocad 2005..............our 2004 Autocad and ABS 2004 worked fine without upgrading the network manager, but Autocad 2005 couldnt find a valid license..........however, now it does and works fine.......THANKS
