Following all the leads and speaking with Autodesk software engineers this past week, I thought I had this figured out. I'm running AutoCAD 2004 and I just received the upgrade to 2005. I want a few select employees to work on 2005 to work out any bugs. I combined the two license files and restarted the license manager. The error informs me this: 16:22:18 (adskflex) Invalid license key (inconsistent authentication code) Any help would be appreciated. Jon
