Network Install wizard stops

    I am running the network install wizard and all is very nice up to a
    point. A screen comes up titled "Setup Confirmation". It says "Verify
    the following information and click next" to create a deployment. It
    runs for a long time then brings me back to the same screen. Now when
    iclick next I am always returned to the smae screen. The only way out
    is to cancel. This seems to leave the installation of a deployment
    unfinished.
