    Hi everyone,

    Do you have any good or bad expirences with NeoCell? Do you like to
    use NeoCell? Can NeoCell substitude for Virtuoso XL + VCAR? I am
    working on NeoCell evaluation for my team.

    We are also trying to evaluate Neocell Version 3.4. Can you please
    share your experiences with the tool ?
