Nanosim CDL backannotation Simulation

    has anybody done the analog backannotation use nanosim？
    My flow is
    spice netlist + CDL(dracula extracted)
    |
    |
    |
    nanosim simulation

    but I don't find obvious difference between ,

    I don't know why ,maybe it is not dealt with as hierachy?
