So there I was working along and low and behold the task pane is missing..
So being of sound mind I went to view Task pane and it was checked, I
unchecked it and re checked it, still no task pane. Hummmm restart SW, no
task pane??? Reboot puter and no task pane??? check that multiple displays
is off (I have one monitor) and yes only one display still no task pane
visible???. Add a monitor (now I have two displays) and check to see if it
is possibly on the second desktop, no, still no Task pane???

Aggghhhh I would like to not have to re-install SW, I would like to use the
task pane for the PDM options...

    HELP????

    Ben,

It's probably off the screen, but you already knew that huh ????

    If you delete the"HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Solidworks\Solidworks 200?"
key, it "should" (do at own risk) set all that stuff back to default. You'll
lose some customization, but it's better than unistalling-reinstalling.

    Regards

  3. Else just rename it, or export before delete...

I think you mean the pane where the Feature Manager, Property Manager
and Configuration Manager go. If that is what you are referring to, do
you drag it all the way to the left? If so you will see an extra thick
border on the left side of your graphics window which you can drag to
    the right.
