hi guys.. have a problem with multiple printing.. i have created 2 pc3 files from a plotter manager. One is for A3 and another is A4. I save all my dwg using A3 plot file. Let say, if i want to batch plot using Publish, what should i do, so that i can print these dwg in A4? Thanks and regards

you can create page setups, naming them A3 and A4
with A3 or A4 as the selected plot device
click on the "ADD" on "Page Setup Name" and name it A3 or A4 and you can then pick that page setup to plot and it will have all your printer, page size, orientation and offsets along with your ctb, pc3 in it.

what I did, and this might not be the correct way to do it, is
I created in a drawing all my plot devices as pc3 files with a unique name like (short 3 letter acronym) that describe
department-pagesize-printername and I also added them in the pagesetup name with basically the same name
And I saved it as a template and set autocad to use it as a default and I also saved it as a dwg and insert it as a block in drawings that do not have my custom printers and page setups in them.
