Multiple Licenses on FlexLM Server problem

Hi,
We recently purchased AIS 6 (Inventor & MDT) and ADT. I successfully did a network installation of all these products and installed to the workstations from the image installed on the network server.
I obtained 2 Flexlm license files from my Autodesk dealer, 1 for ADT and 1 for Inventor/MDT. If I activate only one of these license files using lmtools.exe (either one), then it loads correctly. I know that it loads correctly because the workstations can get the license for that product and also by using the Server Status and Server Diag tabs in lmtools.exe.

However, if I configure it to use BOTH license files, then one of them does not load properly. It appears to load properly, but the workstations cannot get the license. The debug log for the service that doesn't load says "adskflex already running...exiting". I tried loading the 2nd service manually, no luck.

The server is a Windows NT 4.0 server with SP6. The lmtools.exe file is version 7.1f.

If anybody has any ideas on how to get both license files runnning at the same time, I would appreciate their assistance.
