Multidimensional arrays and skips in opus

Is there a way to create multidimensional arrays in a single level of
schematic hierarchy in opus? If so, can someone please let me know?
Also, for clock gaters, I would like to know if there is a skip (or
if) function which instantiates the gater periodically. I would like
to keep all the logic -- sequentials, gaters and some datapath logic
all as 1 level of schematic hierarchy.
