mtext - background mask - border offset factor (a2k5)

    Anyone know how to access this property programmatically? I can't seem to
    find it as a ... nevermind. If you're interested, it's dxf code 45. I'd
    prefer access with a vla- property, but I guess this will do.

    I am using LDT2005 and I am trying to do something with this programmically
    as well.
    I would just prefer to enable background masking on all mtext, set a border
    offset factor, set the fill color to background by default but I don't set
    any variables for these things in setvar.
