How to "Add Network Place" at command prompt.

From explorer I usually go to "My Network Places" then double click to "Add
Network Place" icon then, then, then...

or I type the computer name to windows explorer address bar,

    THEN

type the admin user name and the password.

I'm looking some MS-DOS command, maybe started with <net ...>?, that I can
use to get connected to other computers programmatically.

    I there any?

    Thanks,

    NET USE /?
will give you the appropriate help screen in the DOS window.
