    Hi,

Up to now I have been using Cadence design kits for all my designs. I
would simply type icfb -t cmosp35 and would have all the rules and
layers defined. Now, I need to use a MOSIS process which we do not have
a design kit for. Would someone tell me hot to configure Cadence in this
case? Which files do I need from MOSIS?

    Thanks,
    Raf

i guess the strict minimum would be the gds2 layers table
so you can make a technology file, and the simulation
models for transistors and other devices.

but i suppose they can provides you with more than
that, the technology file and pcells maybe, and
also rules files for drc and lvs. i hope for you at least :)
