    Hi,

I have a drawing where the doors do not automatically break the walls
if I try to move them. If I move the door with stretch or with grips
the door symbol will move but the opening does not move with it. I
have tried this in all the existing walls so it is not just one wall
that is the problem. I have also tested it by drawing a new wall and
trying to move a door and it still does not work. If I start a
completely new drawing it works correctly. So I'm sure its some
setting that somehow got changed in this drawing but I cannot seem to
find it. Is it a setting with the door style, wall style or just a
general setting? Is it the anchor? Has anyone else encountered a
    similar problem?

    Please help. Thanks in advance.
    Brian

    HiHO;
What version of AutoCad are you using and which architectural
    add on?

Sorry I thought Architectural Desktop 2004 in the subject was enough.
Here's the info from the Help->About menu.

    Product: Architectural Desktop 2004
    Release Version: 2004.0.0
    Product Service Pack: 0

It's running on Windows XP. The machine is a Dell GX 280 with 512M RAM
    and a 20Gig hard drive.

    Thanks,
    Brian
