    Hi,

sometimes i draw objects (by mistake) in the wrong layer.

How can i move objects between layers without changing the location ?
    Just switch the layer !

  2. Options:
    1. Use the CHPROP command
    2. Select the objects, right-click, pick Properties...
    3. Select the objects, pull down the Layer list from the Properties Toolbar
    and pick desired layer
    4. Use MATCHPROP to match other objects

Preselect the object(s) so that the grips will show.
Go to the layer drop-down menu in the Object Properties Toolbar and select
    the desired layer.

  4. The answer depends on your version. The CHANGE command will work no matter
what, but there are faster ways on some versions.
