Mouse / Graphic problem in Autocad

The cusor movement is jumpy and jerky inside a drawing.
outside, around the screen, and in other applications, its fine.

This is with 2000 and 2006

any help?

Nope! With osnap, polar, grid and snaps off, this thing jumps and jerks it's
way around the screen.
It's very hard to select a point, even with snaps and such on.

Reinstall Autocad and your problem is over. Had it also and it works
fine now.
