More about QAFLAGS ?- Undocumented variable

    Try this:
    Make sure PICKFIRST = 1
    and 'Noun/verb selection' is enabled.

    1. Draw a line. Enable grips for this line. Right Clik. Copy.
    The line is selected.

    2. Set QAFLAGS to 1
    Repeat step 1:
    the line is unselected and Acad request: 'Select entities'

    3. Set QAFLAGS to 0
    Repeat step 1.
    The line is selected

    Strange behavior!
    Any information will be apprecied.

    That's one of the things QAFLAGS = 1 does. See this link to ManuSoft under the
    undocumented system variables section.

    "bit 0 (1) : ^C in menu macro cancels grips (acts like keyboard <Esc>)"

    IMO, that's a good reason to avoid using it in a program.
