modifing an existing block and storing it under a differnet name

    Hello,

    is it possible to modify an existing block and to store it und a
    different name? Afterwards, the original block should be available under
    the old name and the modified block under the new name.

    WBLOCK or BLOCK?
    Either way, just don't overwrite the original. When you want it back, just
    redefine it.
