model file subckt?

    How do I know which of the 1-6 model parameter sets my simulation will
    pick up in the model file nmos1.scs (attached below)?

    I'm getting that the instance length or width isn't matching.
    See log.txt attached below.

    Actually, the message that concerns me the most is

    Notice from spectre during DC analysis ... Gmin = 1pS is large enough
    to noticeably affect the DC solution ...

    How do I set Gmin lower?

    Any help would be appreciated. I'm a total noob in Cadence - taking a
    design class this semester at NCSU.

    Randy,
    I'm not much of a Spectre user either but the way you get the models
    is to use devices which match one of the constraints 1-6. What W & L
    parameters are you using for your transistors ? You need to pick up a
    pair which fit to one of the " x < gate length < y && z < gate width <
    t" cases.

    *meter* (instead of micrometer). Doh!

    I also had the bulks of PMOS tied to ground - a no-no. My bad. As I
    said, I'm new.
