mkdir error Repro Desk 4.30.5

    Repro Desk on a client machine was able to make a connection to our
    website but then failed on a mkdir command. Does anyone have an idea
    as to what might cause this? I tried this on 2 different computers at
    the customer site and both (mis)behaved the same way. Client firewall
    was disabled prior to the attempt. The only unusual circumstance here
    is that he used a cable high-speed connection as opposed to DSL, which
    most of our customers use.
