    Morning,

Can anyone clarify for me if it is possible to license several versions of AutoCAD from the one FlexLM?

    e.g. 5 x A2K, 2 x 2002, 3 x A2005,

    Thanks

  2. Hi Steve,

no problem for 2002 and 2005. Just use the FLEXlm wich is delivered with
    the 2005 version
and combine the two licenses to one license file. Instruction is here:

If I remember right the 2k version didn't use FLEX technology (I think
this where the "good old time" with the ELAN Adlm). You can run both
ADLMs one one server. Just look that you use the updated "adesksys.dll"
if there are Win2k or XP workstations:

    Hello Steve
you can administer ACAD2002 and ACAD2005 with same FLEXlm if you install FLEXlm from ACAD2005 cd-rom (version 9.22). Pre-2002 AutoCAD versions (eg. ACAD2000) cannot be administer with FLEXlm as it´s administration is Elan based.
