minimum thickness.... why ?

  1. ever notice that when one wants to enter a thickness, sometimes you get
    a message saying that the min thickness is x ?

    why is this and where can i change it ?

    go to edit>setup>accuracy and move the decimal point to the left one more place.
    see if that changes the lower limit. this sets the proportion or ratio between
    part envelope and smallest feature dimension, usually thickness. if you change
    this ratio, you should find that lower limit changed too.
