microstation v7 problem using win XP

    Hi,

    a user just got a new computer running windows xp and a fresh install of
    bently microstation v7.02. our problem is that when he tries to customize
    his toolbar settings, he is unable to save the settings within his user
    workspace. he has administrative rights for his computer, but whenever he
    tries to save the workspace settings, a message pops up that says he does
    not have rights to perform the save...the file is on his local hard drive.
    any help will be greatly appreciated.
